Description:	Nautical School and swimming baths on the corner of Orwell Street and Riby Square. Built in 1879 it was also known as the Fisherlads' Institute. The baths were used for swimming lessons by all schools in Grimsby and Cleethorpes and were known as the Orwell Street Baths.
