The Ice Factory on Fish Dock Road, Grimsby. Built in 1901, the factory originally used steam to power the ammonia compressors with made ice, but these were replaced by electric generators in 1930. The company declined and was scaled down in 1976 and finally closed in 1990. The building is a Grade II listed building.
